We welcome customers to exchange or return unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Murphy Rose Creations reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke.  Any merchandise received that is ineligible for a refund will be returned to the customer.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are generally processed within 2-3 business days after confirmed receipt.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS:  Custom orders, personalized merchandize and items marked Final Sale are ineligible for exchange or refund.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:  We pride ourselves in offering quality product.  In the event your item is damaged or defective, we are happy to replace this item for you. 

INSTRUCTIONS:  Send email to info@mrcuniversal.com.   Include "Item was damaged" in the Subject Line.  Include name, order #, and reason for return in the body of the email.
